Choose Your Market and Way to List

Markets

We offer different markets for different types and sizes of companies and different instruments being listed (e.g. stocks, bonds, ETPs).
If listing stocks, funds, or ETFs, choose between one of the following:
✦ Main Board - The Main Board is for global issuers that have been in operation for at least three years and can provide a minimum of three year's externally audited financial statements, as well as qualifying investment funds, SPVs and SPACs.
✦ SME Board - The SME Board is aimed at global small to medium-sized companies with at least one year's audited financial statements. The SME Board is aimed at young, fast-growing businesses that appeal to global investors.
✦ VCAP Board - The VCAP Board is aimed at companies that are considered to be start-up companies with little or no operating history and have the potential for high growth. All funds relating to an IPO or placement must be held in an escrow or trust account, and outward transactions must obtain approval from both the issuer and its Sponsor Advisor according to the funding milestone timetable.
Have a look at the Compare Markets tool to help you decide which market is best suited for you.
If listing bonds or other debt instruments, then you will list them on the Debt Market.
If listing Exchange Traded Products, you will list on the ETP Market.
