•Real-time DvP gross settlement of transactions (equities, debt, digital assets) in a regulated securities clearing and settlement system

Membership Requirements

Full Member status of MERJ Exchange is available for applicants that meet one of the following minimum requirements:

•Licensed Seychelles Securities Dealer

•Licensed securities broker/dealer and Member of a securities exchange in a "recognized jurisdiction"

For licensed Broker-Dealers that do not meet one of the above minimum requirements or those that may be restricted by regulations in their home jurisdiction there are two additional options:

•Join as an Introducing Broker

•Sponsored Access through an existing Member
